My boots were hardly worn but I just didn’t like them. I could feel every stone through the sole and the side profile was wrong. I asked for a thick leather midsole and new vibram mini lug sole. I also wanted a stacked leather heel and vibram top lift. The work was carried out and I am over the moon with my boots they feel better and also look a lot better. The workmanship is faultless and I am just so pleased with them. I would highly recommend this company. They are very helpful and pleasant people.
