Life in the old Redwings yet!

I sent in a pair of Redwings that were over ten years old. The heels had worn down badly on both shoes. As they had the white waffle sole I didn't think they could be repaired. Much to my surprise, they came back looking like new. The service was first class. The lady on the phone, very pleasant and the turnaround from start to finish was less than the three weeks I had been quoted. I also ordered some new laces and when they were put on and the boots given a thorough clean with saddle soap and treated with mink oil they really did look amazing. I would definitely recommend this company and the fantastic service they provide.
