I asked a national high street chain to fit new heels to my ballet shoes. The repair went horribly wrong as you can see.

As I live within an hour of Original Cobblers I drove to their shop - they also offer a postal service. They assured me they could restore my shoes. The shoes were ready to collect within 24 hours: a new ballet heel had been put on and the block heels repainted all at a fair price. I can wear my shoes again.
Original Cobblers offer a fantastic customer experience, know their stuff and understand people's shoes mean a lot to them.
Will definitelty use them again. What a find
