First time using the service for my Redwing Moc Toes which were in desperate need of resoling. Pre-service was brilliant. My emails were responded to swiftly and in such a friendly manner. Sent my boots in and was advised by email they'd been received, was told the work was underway and then another notification to tell me the boots were on their way back. Got them back today and am absolutely delighted with the results. Cannot overstate how pleased I am! Thanks team, you made it a genuine pleasure to deal with you and the work is impeccable.
