I asked for the original White Traction Tread sole to be replaced with new Vibram soles. The boots have been returned and I have worn them a few times and I am delighted with the result and quality of the repair.
I can't remember exactly how long it took, but believe the repair was carried out within the timescales quoted. The delivery was without hitch and the boots were returned in the original packing, Polished!
One minor observation and possible improvement, I had to call a couple of times, one to check receipt and one to enquire about completion, an email or text confirmation would have been nice.
Overall I am delighted with the service and would highly recommend.
