I purchased my Kangeroo Craftsman boots direct from Australia but was unable to include replacement heels with the order. As I have found that manufacturers replacement heels are superior to others on the market I searched the internet and found that Original Cobblers were the only official repairers in the UK for R M Williams.
I delivered the boots to Original Cobblers at 11:30 and to my delight the courier returned the repaired boots at 12:30 the following day. Brilliant service, thank you very much, you will certainly be seeing my other boots when they require repair.
